	Cristy— I started out in my teens with a passion for make-up and over the years I discovered new and exciting techniques. My passion has progressed to hair color and cuts and a whole lot more! Helping others on their journey to become happier with their hair and make-up is a privilege I take seriously. I always do my very best to listen to my clients and help make their desires a reality. What I enjoy doing the most is the whole “ transformation” a customized haircut and color designed with your face in mind to bring out your best features. Make up and eye brow shaping to enhance your beauty not covering it up.
Elli — My name is Elli Hooper, I have been in the industry since 1986. I started out working in a salon as a receptionist at the age of fifteen. I fell in love with the whole environment. After highschool and a couple years at college, I decided that a career in cosmetology was my true calling. I have been doing hair since 1993 focusing on precision haircutting and hair color. In 2000 I began focusing on the art of hair color and color correction, since then it has always been exciting and new. I love the stylist/ client relationship, and being able to take on new challenges makes it more than just a job and a great conversation. I specialize in covering grey or unpigmented hair, making beautiful blondes, high and lowlighted, and also am very good at matching red heads to there true color or giving a little added spice. I also enjoy the fun and funky. I have a very loyal client base and work mostly on referral, but I always welcome new clients and would be happy to get to know your head.
	Rhonda — Hi. I have been a cosmetologist since 2004. I enjoy making everyone look their best and make sure you feel comfortable with the new look. I enjoy highlighting and coloring your hair to look natural but fun too. I do perms and roller sets as well and styling for formals. I love it when you bring a photo for ideas. 	Marina — Six years ago I needed a change from my California life, so I packed up the sunshine and moved here to Portland to start my new career in hair design. After doing my time in school and doing a lot of haircuts in living rooms, I finally found my place here at Transformations. I have a keen knack for finding the cut that fits you, and I can add a splash of color to brighten it up if you choose. Carmel and honey tones to highlight your face? Sure! A streak of red for your wild side? You bet! If you're worried about the shape of your brows, I can clean those up in a jiffy as well!
